Prices and packages vary from one client to the next. After an initial assessment exploring your goals, health and injury history, physical capabilities, Big John Fitness will create a plan that makes the most sense for your lifestyle and ambitions.

GROUP TRAINING

Much like personal training sessions, Big John Fitness group training sessions are designed for optimal results for the group in mind. We offer both private and public group training sessions.

PRIVATE GROUP SESSIONS

Big John Fitness can provide tailored training sessions for groups of two or more. These sessions are fully customisable, and the more friends you bring along the better value you receive.
